In Washington, DTN reports that ethanol stocks rose yet again last week, for the fourth week in a row. Last week production rose 300,000 barrels to 23.7 million, the highest in 3.5 months. All regions saw stock builds except for the Midwest where stocks drew down by 400,000 barrels. The West Coast region saw stocks build by half a million barrels, up nearly a quarter on the year. The stock build was despite ethanol producers beginning to draw back production to the lowest level since early May at 1.039 million bpd.
